Residential Wi‑Fi Assessment for Home Addition

Project Overview

Challenge
A homeowner had completed an addition and wanted to understand whether the existing Wi‑Fi could serve the new space before buying equipment or adding cabling.

Existing Conditions
Blueprint Network Solutions reviewed the floor plan, available network infrastructure, and a predictive coverage model. An existing copper network outlet offered another location for the current router.

Recommendation
Relocate the router to that outlet, then verify coverage and performance on site. Predictive modeling suggested this could improve coverage without immediately adding an access point or new cabling; it does not establish a measured result.
